Company Drivers
Pay Scale:
All Drivers will be paid $.65 cpm for all Dispatched miles, Loaded & Empty.

Bonus Miles Based on all miles delivered for the month – Paid second Friday of every month if earned
Per Diem Pay:
- $80.00/Day Per Diem
Miscellaneous Pay:
- $30.00 for all tarp loads
- $15.00 for any extra stops or pick-ups

Company Group Health Insurance available after 90 days. We offer two different plans to choose from:

$40 a week cost of the insurance for employee coverage. If family is covered, cost of the plan is $80 weekly.
Option 2
$60 a week cost of the insurance for employee coverage. If family is covered, cost of the plan is $120 weekly.
Option 3
$90 a week cost of the insurance for employee coverage. If family is covered, cost of the plan is $180 weekly.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance also available through Paramount Dental.

Employee/Spouse: $10.80/Week
Employee/Children: $11.89/Week
Employee/Family: $17.75/Week
– 1 week paid vacation after 1 year – 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years.
